Emily Bingham is a Grief Coach, mom, widow and founder of moveTHRU. As a former ballerina and fitness professional, Emily turned to exercise as a means to cope with the grief of her 32-year-old husband's death to cancer.

Moving her body helped Emily remind herself that despite how hopeless and paralyzed by her circumstance she felt, she wasn't powerless. She was still capable of MOVING FORWARD!

So in 2019, she founded her online coaching business to help others navigating loss & hardship move THRU grief not only to survive adversity ... but to THRIVE!
